Selling links,and your page rank

If you want to preserve you existing ranking in Google,DO NOT :Try to sell links in blog comments,if yo have a good pg rank say 8 or 9,and go around telling peaple that buying links on your site will get them a good page rank from Google,you will lose your existing ranking.Of late link building was made to look easy by the link sellers.Link building is supposed to be an organic process which is not meant to be as simple as spending $2000-$3000,a month for a PageRank 9 link on a site which is totally irrelevant to your site's content.If at all you do have to buy links,better to buy from sites whose content are relevant to your content matter. Likewise when you sell links, keep complete control over your advertisers,and advise them that you are simply not interested in selling links to sites whose content has nothing to do with yours.Do not use 301 redirects,hidden text or bad anchor text. If you think you can get away and break all these rule,then with the latest updates,of Google,where it has been dropping the page ranks of link sellers,you could be in line too,if not today,definitely later.
