Found at this link:https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=48182&sourceid=aso&subid=ww-ww-et-asui&medium=link .In other words,the other ads you propose to paste should not be in the same color and format and layout as the google ads already on your site.You are free to sell adspace on your site or paste any other ad,as long as your visitors do not confuse them as ads from google.And my personal opinion will include one more point :Do not paste the other ads in close proximity or side by side with google ads.Put simply a visitor to your site should not think that the other ads,pasted by you are ads by Google.So use different colors,layout,and do whatever possible,with the alternate ads,in such a manner that they are not confused as Google ads by your visitors.Maintain sufficient space between google ads and other ads,even if you change the colors/format of the other ads.Do not paste them side by side.
